Dieting is such an ugly word. Usually, when people refer to "dieting", they mean restricting what and how much they can eat for a certain period of time; either until they see the results they want, or until they give up. Not only is this a pain to do, but it's also bad for your body. If you restrict calories to lose ten pounds, and then start eating more calories all of a sudden, your body will store those extra calories as fat. And this is the opposite of what we want.
